We deliver to Italy, Europe and the rest of the world. We can ship your purchase to any address you like, just specifying it when ordering. You can also check the delivery costs before proceeding with the payment; enter your details and the final address. Are you in Milan? Than you can collect your order for free directly at one of our two stores: find us at Corso di Porta Ticinese 3 or at Piazza del Tricolore 2, in Milan.
If your city is not on our list, write us an email, specifying the article you are interested in and your complete address; we will send you a quotation in a short time. For all the destinations present instead, the costs are calculated automatically.
DESIGN Republic offers free shipping on orders over € 150.00. The system will automatically reset delivery costs, except for orders containing bulky items or where dedicated shipping is needed.

Estimated delivery times for your order will displayed before the payment is completed and DESIGNRepublic will notify you of the time of delivery.
DESIGN Republic ships all over the national and international territory directly from its warehouses.
All shipments are insured and monitored by our Office, from 10:00 am to 18:30 pm, from Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next working day; the same procedure is carried out during the closing days of the shops and offices.
Deliveries in Italy to disadvantaged CAPs
Shipments to CAP that are difficult to reach may involve an extra cost. It will care of our customer service to promptly notify you by e-mail to inform you of any supplement.

1. How long will I have to wait?
For items available in stock the shipping times refer to the days required for assignment to the courier, normally between 24 and 36 hours.
If, however, at the time of ordering one or more items were not available in our warehouse, shipping times refer to those indicated in the product page. Have you ordered more products? Take the product with the longest shipping times as a reference; alternatively contact us to see if it is possible to split the shipment.
2. When will you ship my items?
The customer is informed of the status of the shipment by e-mail to be inform when:
- the order was taken over
- the goods have left the warehouse
3. If the courier can't find me, where does the goods be stored?
The courier will carry out up to 3 attempts, also contacting you by telephone at its discretion. Subsequently the goods will remain in the branch closest to your address; our shipping department will contact you to arrange again the delivery.
4. Does the courier deliver to floor plan?
No. We remind you that all shipments are standard and that couriers are not required to deliver to the floor, but deliver exclusively to the street level, even in the case of bulky goods. We therefore advise you to always keep the order tracking in order to better organize the delivery. Depending on the type of goods we will be happy to provide you with a dedicated quotation for the delivery service on the floor.
5. Does the courier deliver even on Saturday or Sunday?
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, roughly between 09:00 and 18:00. Holidays excluded.
6. I have already placed an order, can I change the delivery address?
If the order has not already been sent, simply send an email with the order reference and the new address to: firstname.lastname@example.org
NB: in the event of a change of destination, the shipment may slip by 2-3 working days.
