The shelves are made from extruded and laser cut aluminium and the columns are made from extruded and CNC milled aluminum or CNC milled solid walnut

The Column shelves bring order to clutter in a supremely simple design comprising two iconic shapes that can be configured according to mood. English designer John Astbury questions the purpose of a design as his starting point, paring back to its purest form before crafting objects that can make a difference to our lives. Case in point: the Column shelves, a series of two archetypal shapes in a soft expression — simple and unassuming without imposing their presence on a space.
