Dokka is a small light with a great story. Designed in 1954, Dokka was awarded as the first lamp from Norway to receive a gold medal at the prestigious Milan Triennale. Acclaimed for its soft contours, precise proportions and elegant material handling, Dokka had the potential to become an iconic design. Dokka has become one of the best selling lamps ever produced in Norway, then disappeared when the previous manufacturer interrupted the lighting range.
In 2007, Northern re-launched Dokka, taking care to preserve the features that made it a classic design. Today, Dokka is skillfully made of durable painted steel and built to last. The light is available in a range of opaque colors: black, dark gray, white, light yellow, rust red and dark green.
