You can check the delivery costs for your destination before proceeding with the payment: enter your details and click on "Continue" - the system will automatically calculate any costs based on the location, weight and volume of the items chosen. If you wish to receive your purchases outside the European Union, send us an email with all the details; we will give you a dedicated quotation in a short time. Are you in Milan? Design Republic guarantees easy and pleasant shopping. In the Milan and Interland area, for the bulky items, we guarantee a dedicated service thanks to our internal team of transporters. For all other areas of Italy and abroad, we rely on the best specialized couriers, without sacrificing quality and professionalism.
The estimated delivery times for your order are displayed on the product page, before proceeding with the checkout; the Design Republic Team will contact you when all the items in your order are ready to be shipped.
Design Republic ships all over the national and international territory directly from its warehouse.
All shipments are insured and monitored by our Shipping Office open from 10:00 to 18:30, Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next working day; the same procedure applies during the closing periods for both Shops and Offices.
Deliveries in Italy to disadvantaged CAPs
Shipments to CAP that are difficult to reach may involve an extra cost. It will care of our customer service to promptly notify you by e-mail to inform you of any supplement.

Pickup in store
It is possible to collect your order for free at our Stores.
The default warehouse dedicated to online orders is located at our shop in Corso di Porta Ticinese; if you wish to pick up the items in the other Store in Piazza Tricolore, we ask you to notify us (just write or call). We will deliver the goods to the desired location as soon as possible.
The purchased items will remain reserved in your favour for a maximum of 21 days; after this time Design Republic will no longer guarantee the availability of the products and it may be necessary to wait for a refueling.
If you cannot collect your order, you can delegate another person. We will ask for your order number.
1. How long will I have to wait?
For the items available in stock, the shipping times refer to the days necessary for the assignment to the courier, normally between 24 and 36 hours.
If, however, at the moment of the order one or more items were not available in our warehouse, the shipping times refer to those indicated in the product sheets. Have you ordered multiple items? Take as a reference the product with the longest delivery times; alternatively contact us to find out if it is possible to divide the shipment.
2. When will you ship my items?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your personal area. We will send you an email on the status of the shipment when:
- the order has been accepted and is being prepared
- the goods have been entrusted to the courier
3. If the courier does not find me, where does the goods go?
The courier will make up to 3 attempts, also contacting you by phone at his discretion. Subsequently, the goods will remain in the branch closest to your address; our shipping office will contact you to arrange the delivery again.
4. Does the courier deliver inside the House?
Deliveries are to be understood at the street level. We remind you that all shipments are standard and that couriers are not required to deliver on the floor, delivering exclusively on the street level, outside the home, even in the case of bulky goods. We therefore recommend that you always keep track of the order tracking in order to better organize the delivery. Depending on the type of goods we will be happy to provide you with a dedicated quotation also for the delivery service at the floor level.
5. Does the courier deliver on Saturday or Sunday?
Deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, approximately between 09:00 and 18:00. Holidays except.
6. I have already placed an order, can I change the delivery address?
If the order has not already been sent, just send an email with the order reference and the new address to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: in case of change of destination, the shipment may be postponed for 2-3 working days.
