Mezzadro is the stool that Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni planned in 1957. The whole idea is to use the seat of an agricultural tractor manufactured about fifty years before.
They took the seat of the vehicle, in molded and painted sheet, and reversed the orientation of the crossbow in chromed steel that supports it and that in the tractor had the function to minimize the oscillations of the seat due to transit on uneven ground . So Mezzadro was born.
